Terms & Conditions

These terms govern your use of Endless Maze (“the game”), operated by OpusForge. By creating an account or using the Tavern chat, you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not create an account.

The game

Endless Maze is provided free of charge, for personal entertainment. We may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of it at any time. Your single-player progress lives in your browser and may be lost if you clear your browser data; we are not responsible for that loss.

Your account

• Choose a username and password. You are responsible for keeping your password secret and for everything done under your account.
• Your username is public and visible to other players. Do not impersonate others or pick a name that is hateful, harassing, or infringing.
• One person should not run a swarm of accounts to evade moderation.

Conduct in the Tavern

The Tavern is a shared space. When you post a public message or send a whisper, you agree not to:

• harass, threaten, or bully anyone;
• post hateful, discriminatory, sexual-against-minors, or illegal content;
• spam, advertise, phish, or share others’ private information;
• attempt to break, overload, or circumvent the game’s security or filters.

An automated profanity filter masks certain words, but it is not a substitute for decency. Whispers are private between the two parties, but they are still bound by these rules and may be reviewed if reported.

Moderation

Players can flag messages for review. We may remove content and suspend or delete accounts that break these terms, with or without notice. Reports are stored so we can act on them; filing knowingly false reports is itself a misuse.

Your content

You keep ownership of what you write. By posting, you grant us a non-exclusive licence to store and display it within the game for its operation. You are responsible for what you post and confirm you have the right to post it.

No warranty

The game is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that chat messages will always be delivered or retained.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, OpusForge is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the game, including lost progress or content. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Brazil, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes are subject to the courts of the operator’s jurisdiction, unless mandatory local law gives you a different forum.

Changes

We may update these terms; the date above will change and material updates will be noted in the Tavern. Continued use after a change means you accept it.
